Does it work with Arabic documents?
It can, but Arabic needs specific attention during text extraction, search and model choice. We test quality on your real documents and questions before rollout.
Can it make things up?
The risk cannot be removed completely, but it can be reduced: the system answers from retrieved sources, shows links and can say it does not know. We measure this on your own questions.
Will our documents leave the company?
Not if your requirements rule it out. The system can run on-premise or in a private cloud.
What affects quality the most?
The quality of the source documents. Outdated, duplicated or badly scanned documents give poor answers, which is why we start by reviewing them.
